Hello & Farewell Series // Watch the Clouds Roll By - vertical landscape painting
The thing about moving to Tennessee that was so striking to me was how green everything is and how much beautiful, open space is all around. Coming from California, where it felt that every possible inch was developed, it has been so refreshing to drive 10 minutes in any direction and find room to breathe. This landscape is painted of a spot I happened to drive by and stop to take a photo of. I probably couldn’t find the exact place again if I tried, but that’s the magic of it. A fleeting moment of stopping, slowing, and enjoying the scenery.
